Basic Chia Seed Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons Earth Crafted Whole Chia Seeds
  • ¾ cup milk (dairy, almond, or oat)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or jaggery
  • Pinch of cardamom (optional, for an Indian twist)

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, milk, and sweetener in a jar.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  4. In the morning, top with banana slices, mango, or mixed berries and serve cold.

  • Mango Lassi Overnight Oats: Use mango pulp and a spoon of yoghurt as part of your liquid.
