Basic Chia Seed Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients (1 serving)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons Earth Crafted Whole Chia Seeds
- ¾ cup milk (dairy, almond, or oat)
- 1 teaspoon honey or jaggery
- Pinch of cardamom (optional, for an Indian twist)
Instructions
- Combine oats, chia seeds, milk, and sweetener in a jar.
- Stir well to combine.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- In the morning, top with banana slices, mango, or mixed berries and serve cold.
